Our Emerging Leaders Coaching Program (ELCP) is a well thought out 12 month program that carefully balances both personal and professional growth. In this program the emerging leader will learn powerful leadership principles, effective communication, the profound power of great questions as well as develop their own success tracker and quarterly goals with milestones. All this will be done in a customized way while maintaining a sharp eye on the overall goals and mission of the company.
In the ELCP one of our team coaches will personally guide the emerging leader through the program on a monthly basis. This is a challenging program that requires full accountability and a hunger to grow on the part of the emerging leader.
We recognize that executive leaders are incredibly busy and don’t have the time or objectivity to heavily invest in their emerging leaders. This plan is designed to come alongside you and strengthen and support the growing leaders in your organization. The ELCP is available at a full 1/3 less than our Executive Performance coaching program to help you invest in these future leaders.
